WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

A gorgeous red, exhibiting jazzy mocha-scented oak and rich dark berry, black licorice, anise and cedar notes. Full bodied and layered, the finish dances on the palate with a burst of rich fruit and firm, ripe, smooth tannins. Enjoy now or cellar for 5-10 years. 

This latest wine is sourced from a vineyard in Oakville where the best Cabernets in Napa Valley are from. True to form, this wine stood out in our tastings, outshining much pricier offerings. And why not?

It's sourced from a vineyard with mature vines that offers beautifully concentrated fruit. A blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot, the wine was aged in 60% new French oak barrels for 15 months. The supple Merlot adds a roundness to the bold Cabernet that make this wine complex but approachable and easy to enjoy. Also the richness and concentration of this Oakville Cab suggest that it will continue to delight for many years to come.
