Peter Sissek's Flor de Pingus is produced in extremely small quantities from ancient Tempranillo vines. From grapes meticulously cared for, fermented under temperature controlled condiditions to retain a fruity dark cherry profile; the resulting wines are matured 14 months in barrique. Full-bodied, bold and effusive in its vanilla/ cedar spice. One of the iconic wines of Spain. This Danish winemaker pushes the region's famous varietal to its limits.
