TASTING NOTES | Pale yellow and elegant color with fine bubbles. A fruity and elegant sparkling wine, with aromas of fresh butter and cake. Fresh and harmonious sparkling wine.
HARVEST | The basic wine is fermented at a low temperature. The second fermentation takes place at 14°C for 2 weeks, followed by dosing. The Brut is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Airen while the Rose actually uses the Spanish varietal Bobal.
SOIL | The soil for the Blanc is predominately chalked, while the Rose grows in clay & limestone.
VINIFICATION | Machine harvest. The basic wine is fermented at a low temperature. The second fermentation takes place at 14 degrees C. for 2 weeks, followed by dosing.
