A bouquet of peach pie and rose petal paves the way for Bartlett pear, nectarine, apricot jam and Turkish delight flavors. This well-textured wine features dazzling acidity that endures into a bright stone-fruit finish. I wished I had a dozen oysters with mignonette to enjoy with it.
