Authenticity and quality. Pierre Legras, son of Laurent LEGRAS and Agathe LHERMITE, was winemaker at CHOUILLY. For more than 10 generations, the estate has been handed from father to son and the vineyard has been gradually reinforced by selecting the best parcels of the named place of the grand cru of Chouilly. The winery today is headed by Vincent Legras.
