Limited production of 1200 bottles SUSTAINABLE VINEYARD

A wine with the spirit of French Provence but at the foot of the Aragonese Pyrenees. In the northeast of Spain, on the right bank of the Alcanadre River, where vineyards alternate with fields of wheat, barley, olive trees and small oak forests.

The vineyards are planted around 450 meters above sea level and grow in sandy soils, scarce in organic matter. With an annual rainfall of around 550 mm.This allows our vines to live soberly, without excess, which gives rise to small yields in each vine, less than 4000 kg of grapes per hectare, producing exceptional grapes for the production of quality wines.

Manual harvest in the vineyard. Rosé made by pressing, only the first pressing, controlled alcoholic fermentation at temperatures of 16-18. For about 16 days. It does not carry out malolactic fermentation. It remains in stainless steel for 2-3 months, due to sedimentation, several racking, and slight filtering prior to bottling.
