Typical right bank/Saint Emilion blend - 35 years-old vines

CULTURE
Certified organic with Ecocert from the vintage 2021. Organic farming with no herbicide, no pesticides or phytosanitary products.

VINIFICATION/AGEING
Fermentation and maceration of 3 weeks in temperature controlled vat. 12 months ageing for half in new 225 litter French oak barrels (30% new oak).

TASTING NOTES
Flattering nose of baked red berries Supple and silky tannins are perfectly
integrated. Aromas of redcurrant and blackberry in the mouth. The oak is very
subtle and bring nice spicy notes.
