A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 20% Syrah from the Weinbau, Wahluke Slope, King Fuji, Newhouse, Ravenscliff, Rosebud Northridge, Clifton, Stone Tree and Clifton Hill vineyards in the Wahluke Slope and wider Columbia Valley of Washington State. (This is mostly Wahluke Slope fruit but below the 85% required to be labeled as such.) The wine was aged in a combination of French and American oak.
Tacting notes
Named after the Wahluke Slope, Luke Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas dominated by Marionberry and dark chocolate, accented by hints of mint and molasses. Supple, focused and expressive, layering coffee-accented blackberry and currant flavors with polished tannins and hints of cedar and smoke.

91Wine Enthusiast
The black currant and raspberry aromas are so rich, this wine tiptoes up to cassis territory. Its viscous texture makes the blueberry, poached pear and cinnamon flavors feel like they are careening down a backyard Slip 'N Slide. You can expect plush tannins, medium acidity and a touch of cedar on the finish.

91James Suckling
Attractive aromas of black currants and blackberries with walnuts, licorice and hints of moist earth. Medium- to full-bodied, dense and structured with velvety tannins and a succulent aftertaste. Drink or hold.
