A delicious new Mencia from a top bodega in Gallicia that is operated by Cvne. Ripe Mencia fruit is grown on local slate soils then carefully destemmed, but not crushed, which helps to preserve the bright fruit flavours and aromas of this special red variety. A really expressive and versatile Spanish red for the price, the Pagos del Galir is well worth a try.
