Denizot Pouilly-Fume Sauvignon Blanc (2022)

Grape: Sauvignon Blanc

Made from two densely planted vineyards. One has chalky soils and the other is flint and clay. Fermentation was done in concrete and stainless steel vats, aging on the lees for about 1 year yielding a creamy wine. It is dry, elegant, fresh, and medium-bodied with medium acidity and a long mineral-driven finish. Lemongrass, apricots, pink grapefruit, fennel, wild thyme, and anise, slide across the palate. Pair with fresh seafood, crunchy greens, or fried calamari.
