The Grave Mora Aglianico of the Taburno Riserva DOCG 2012 of the Fontana Vecchia winery is a monovarietal red wine produced only with the Aglianico grape variety.
The Fontana vecchia winery carries out all its activities with scrupulousness and with the utmost respect for the vineyards, wine and people: from the management of the vineyards to the vinification, up to the bottling phases.
Grape: 100% selected and collected in cassette
Vineyard: altitude of 350 m a.s.l., with a clay soil with an outgoing calcareous marl
Vinification: in red at controlled temperature with fermentation of about 20 days
Harvesting period : third tenth of October
InvecchiamentoAging: 18 months in new French oak barriques

ProfumoPerfume: initial sweetness of jam with a final return of spices and a pleasant bitter note.
Taste: savory, enveloping, with thick and fine tannin, balanced and a lot of depth.
