The pale pink color is in any case endowed with an extractive charge, such as to give a nuance of onion skin. The taste has a good structure, composed of glyceric softness, alcohol, evident and long minerality, in the closing of the aftertaste. It goes well with risotto or ravioli with red radicchio, first courses with meat sauce, lasagna, baked cannelloni and white meat-based second courses.
