Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is the maximum expression of pure Sangiovese, produced exclusively with grapes coming from the oldest vineyards after careful selection. It represents the terroir by reflecting the strength drawn from the clay soils, the finesse given by the care of the vineyard, and the windy nights that make the grapes ripen perfectly. Pairings Not too elaborate first courses, red meats, seasoned cheeses
Color Ruby red with garnet reflections
Nose It releases notes of cherry, red fruit and ethereal. In addition to the primary aromas, it releases notes of vanilla and roasted coffee acquired during the aging in French oak.
Palate Fresh and balanced with an impressive and high quality tannic texture
