Les Carisannes Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc Les Carisannes shows classic aromas and flavors of citrus, fresh herbs, and minerals. This Vin de Pays du Val de Loire is lighter in weight and texture than Sancerre but its fresh and fruity character make it a delicious wine for warm-weather refreshment and simple food pairings.

This cuvée with a very aromatic Sauvignon bouquet combines very expressive floral and fruity notes. 

Vinification : Manual sorting at the reception of the harvest, then mechanical destemming of the grapes. Slow pressing in pneumatic presses. Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Complementary Information The history of our family estate goes back 5 generations when Aimée and Hubert succeeded their respective parents.
