When someone says they love big California Chardonnay… but they want something more refined — this is the bottle you pour.

This is not simple.
This is layered, powerful, and unmistakably Burgundy. Drink now through 2033. 465 cases imported.
What You’ll Notice First
Rich texture. Full-bodied weight. Exotic citrus — think preserved lemon and blood orange — wrapped in soft, candied floral notes. There’s depth from careful oak aging, but it’s polished, not heavy. The malolactic fermentation is dialed in just enough to keep it vibrant and alive instead of buttery and flat.
It feels expensive because it is built that way.
Winemaker Notes: Full-bodied and rich white with exotic citrus fruit flavors and candied floral notes. Assembled from multiple sites across this large and diverse village appellation. Rigorous sorting and careful vinification are followed by aging in oak barrels, with malolactic fermentation controlled to ensure a lively sensation on the palate.
Situated in the south of the Côte de Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet is one of the five villages that make up the prestigious Côte des Blancs. At altitudes varying from 250 to 350 meters, the vineyards benefit from exposures ranging from east to south and southwest and the wine comes mainly from marly limestone soils. After a long fermentation in tanks, the wine is aged in barrel before bottling.
Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, France- " Rich fruit and mineral characters explode out of this wine. On the palate is it full bodied with vibrant notes of hazelnut, pear and citrus."
