Lulu Blanc de Blanc Sparkling

This wine is mostly Riesling, with peach and coconut aromas. Lulu's bubbles are frothy, her texture creamy. Flavors include Moscato- like lemon and lime. The Lulu gets its bubbles from the méthode contemporaine process, which involves introducing carbon dioxide into the wine right before bottling.
