Materra 'Vine 1' Estate Cabernet

The 2021 Vine 1 Cabernet Sauvignon, with 4% Merlot and 1% Cabernet Franc in the blend, is deep garnet-purple in color. It burst with bold notes of creme de cassis, plum preserves, and licorice plus suggestions of candied violets, black olives, and fertile loam. The full-bodied palate is jam packed with black fruit preserves and savory undertones, supported by fine-grained tannins and beautiful tension, finishing long and fragrant.
