Pale lemon yellow with lifted perfume of white flowers, lemon blossom, white nectarine and a touch of grapefruit rind. Delicate and restrained on the palate, with lots of citrus – salted lemon, orange oil and pink grapefruit. Long and lingering with lovely white stone fruit on the finish. Youthful and fresh, with plenty of room to evolve over time, this is a wine to drink now with all your favourite crustaceans.
