Pray Tell Gamay is a red wine from Oregon's Willamette Valley, made from 100% Gamay grapes, known for its vibrant, fruit-forward style with notes of dark fruit, spice, and cherry, balanced by bright acidity and silky tannins. It's produced using a mix of carbonic maceration and whole-cluster fermentation, aged in neutral oak and terracotta, resulting in a complex, energetic wine that pairs well with a variety of foods, from roast meats to pizza.
