Kitsukura Shuzo is located in Saku, a geologically
active valley surrounded by the Nagano Alps with
numerous volcanoes. Their sake is in the style of the
Suwa Toji Guild: Round, rich, slightly sweet.
Tamayura Sparkling uses a modified Methode
Champenois technique to achieve light, naturally
ocuring carbonation. Fine sake lees enhance aroma,
texture, complexity, and nuance.
Taste: Dry to demi-sec with aromas and flavors of
yuzu, grapefruit, pear and dusty rose
ABV 6.5%
