VINEYARD: The Chardonnay variety has adapted very well to the Mediterranean climate due to its temperature and humidity conditions, resulting in very fresh and aromatic wines, where it makes a good blend with the native Merseguera variety, well adapted to the terrain and climate.
The Tarima vineyards are located between the Sierra de Salinas, Sierra de Umbría and Sierra de La Sima, at an altitude of 600 – 750 m above sea level.
The grapes for this wine come from a total of 20 hectares of vineyard planted between 2000 and 2010.
TASTING ANALYSIS: Bright straw colour, on the nose it offers white flowers, fresh fruit, aromatic herbs. On the palate it is tasty, balanced and with very good acidity.
