Wine Details
Harvested in October. The best bunches of the estate are moved to the
contiguous cellar to be crushed within a few hours after harvesting.
Maceration in stainless steel and concrete tanks for about 10 days. Aged in
concrete and wood casks for about 12 months before bottling.
